Recently, while on vacation in Navarre Beach, FL, our family experienced car trouble (alternator/charge failure message)A quick Google search indicated the closest auto store was Advance Auto Parts, store I quickly drove to the store and met the assistant store manager, ** *** He sold me an alternator and called the owner, *** to indicate my trouble and that I was on my wayOn arrival, I met *** and he immediately went in to actionHis technician tested the system, found the alternator was indeed the culprit and began the repairThey even pointed out another problem that had likely contributed to the failureI found Darrell and his team to be very courteous, helpful and most important, able to solve my problemThe price was very reasonable and they turned a potentially vacation ending problem into a minor inconvenience

Sold us the wrong paint and refused to refund it because it was mixedIt's whiteTo maintain our warranty it must be 100% Acrylic Latex
We specifically asked for a 100% Acrylic Latex Paint (specifically said it 2-times specifying that the company warranty depended on that.) When we got home and unloaded the paint (which they never showed us the container until after it was mixed nor told us it was not 100% acrylic latex) I was painting the trim on our decorative door which required latex paint and I became aware something was wrong when the paint would not stick to the trim but would to the doorThat is when I really began to look at what kind of paint we bought and noticed it said Acrylic EnamelSo we may have ruined the trim on a $door (nothing to do about the door now.) We called the siding company before painting to be sure the acrylic enamel was ok to use as they specify certain ingredients will damage our sidingThey said if we used the acrylic enamel it would void
My children were removed from this after school service in February and though I requested refund of my deposit multiple times, and filled out their request form I have never received my deposit of $380, including some of the $partial payment for the month which they only attended one week(expected cost should have been $100) I am owed $back for those services not rendered,
These guys are hard working knuckle breaking mechanics that get the job done at a fair low priceThey complete the job right the first timeThey will not replace something and charge you like others do in trying to figure out the diagnostic problemThey explain the problem and the fix, and let you know up frontI can't say enough positive things about themThey are the premier "go to guys" in an environment that breeds deceit and falsehoods
