[redacted] signed a contract for purchase on March 5, to purchase a Coachman Catalina She returned on the 7th to resign contracts because the bank would not finance gap insurance She then sent over copies of her proof of income on March 9th, before the loan could be finalized It was not a quick process The loan documents were sent for funding on Friday March 9th, Then Saturday morning she cam to the store and informed Bill the sales Manager that she wanted out of the deal, because of a temporary disability Nicole was informed that the loan was processed and done and that she owned the trailer Which is the same thing America First informed her She stated she had rights and that she could rescind the contract She was informed that she could call DMV, but with our experience she owned the trailer

I am rejecting this response because:Darren Bideaux's position of my not saying anything for a year might have some validity in Arizona or somewhere that doesn't have a winter season The fact of the matter is this, I wasn't even able to take the trailer out til the following yearThe first time I took it out was JulyWe went with some friends to Daniels reservoir near Malad IdahoI did have trouble with the generator on that trip but a friend helped me and we got it runningWhen I got home from that trip is when it had the melt downI was not even going to take it to Bideaux's service dept because of the way I had been treated in the past but the salesman I had dealt with in buying it told me that the service department was much better than it had been so I decided to try themI had already made an appointment with the *** dealer in Salt Lake a couple of weeks earlier and was only at Bideaux's to get proof of purchase paperwork to take to ***That is when I talked to the salesman about the service departmentSo the service guys looked it over and told me that the problem was an internal circuit board and I would have to take it to Salt LakeSo that brings us to this pointThe first time I take it out for camping it goes outNot exactly a year laterLike I said originally, the tech at *** said it was due to a faulty wiring job and that was, in fact, done by Bideaux's service department

Here is the Big question?  If there was an issue why did it take a year to figure out.? It seems convenient that after a year it was Darren Bideaux RV service Dept. that wired it improperly.  Did the owner try to fix something or have it worked on during the year?  [redacted]...

[redacted] signed and exit sheet after the work was performed.  The exit sheet is signed for this exact reason.  On Sept 9th 2015 [redacted] signed a form that all work was performed he requested and that the gen was working properly and running.  I understand his frustration and have compassion for the situation he is in.  We have procedure and protocol we followed.  [redacted] even made the comment to the service writer on the phone that he expected that after a year it would not be covered!
