very sorry for the inconvenience and made this right so this problem was taken care of once I found out this will not happen again ,I take my appliances I Sale very important and want everyone happy and that's why all my appliances comes with a 6 mth repair warranty again I'm sorry about this matter and I did have it changed out Monday 10/23/2017 I do have that signed work order showing if need to add it thanks Darr's Appliances jason d[redacted]

I would of been more then glad to fix the dryer until he started making threats to me and my employees he said he would put a bomb...

in my store , brake my window in my store with the dryer I have all his text messages and all , I even have them where he said he was really sorry for all he said and he understands if we did not want to fix the unit now it also says on my paper work they signed that any threats to me or employees they warrantee is no longer good and he said he understood that I'll be glad to send you copies of the text messages to prove all of this, why would I want to help someone after he talked to me the way he did , I'm sorry I will not it is in my paper work as well and he even said he seen that it is in all my texts from him , I was going to fix it and I even had another dryer the same as the one they got and I was going to trade it out until he said the things he said you can't talk to people like that and think it is ok with all the things going on and he made commit about a bomb I'm sorry he can't say those things

As stated in my initiating complaint, He continued to postpone fixing the dryer that I bought from him. After reading various reviews on the Revdex.com site in regards to this exact same issue, I realized he was playing the same game with me. After he had cancelled on me for the 3rd time, I suggested that he learn to run his business a little better. It upset him and he called me a foreigner and a terrorist. At that point, I lost my cool and cursed at him. After he had told me that he and his employees (which he told me he didnt have any as an excuse to delay my dryer getting repaired) felt threatened and that my warranty was voided. The texts between us show that I did apologize for being out of place and cussing at him and I understand if he wants to void the warranty. It also says that if he wants to void the warranty, I will go about it a different way (by filing a complaint via the Revdex.com). No where in any conversation with Jason D[redacted] did I ever mention bombing anything (stereotyping) or breaking his glass with my dryer (which is impossible considering the weight of it). I find it very unusual that in the warranty contract it states a list of random "ifs, ands, or buts" that protect his scamming business.

I have all the proof on my phone showing what you said and you even said that you did say you would put the dryer in my window I sent all text to the Revdex.com and I'm sure I have. More also I can send I don't like someone lieing on me or saying they going to hurt me or one of my employees I will not let that happen I'm sorry , I would of been glad to fix or trade out your dryer but I will not now because of the things you said and you did say that about a bomb also which is not good considering all the things going on now people take those things. Seriously
The only thing I said about being foreign was all the things going on and you say that about a bomb I'm sure I could of. Went to the police and told them what you said and they would of did something but I did not , then told me you would bring us all steaks for saying what you said to show you was sorry I have those text also I can send ! I'm not going to let his make me look like the bad guy when I have did nothing wrong and it says that on all paper work if you say the things you said warranty Is void !
