we got a Washer & Dryer Set From Here on 7-5-2015 it is a whirlpool set it works great they guy that helped us was name jason he is the owner really nice guy and gave us a great deal it was delivered & installed the next day ,we will be going back to buy a stove and fridge in a few mths , great people and nice appliances ,

Review: I am a disabled veteran that takes care of my elderly mother and I purchased 5 appliances from this business and spent over thousand dollars cash, one of the appliances was a washing machine that never worked, I called this owner multiple times and begged him to fix my washer and all he did was blow me off, after three weeks and the thirty day warrenty on the receipt was about to expire (and after he lied to me multiple times and promised his repairman would come out but never showed) I started to get frustrated and raised my voice (not cussing, just loud) he said because I raised my voice to him it voided my warrenty and he was not going to fix my machine and while I was complaining about being a disabled veteran and how it hurt my back to carry dirty laundry to the laundromat he replied "I sick and tired of hearing about disabled veterans"Desired Settlement: I want my washing machine repaired or returned.

He went home with several of our parts (always something different) for Ms.D's Washing Machine. Ms.D Called and harassed me numerous times, verbally assaulted me (cursing included) which warranty states voids the warranty. Ms. D also made verbal THREATS towards me, I have this recorded for reference. Ms. D's Elderly mother also made verbal threats to me, after I offered to replace the washing machine upon return of the $200.00 in parts her nephew took to fix the numerous (supposed) problems with washing machine. ( Her nephew was fired from my company) Ms. D also contacted my wife who has no association with my company through social media and harassed her from multiple facebook accounts. Each time my wife blocked an account she continued to harass her from different account. (my wife has a full time job, again, she is not associated with my company) My wife also has these messages saved for reference. I never said anything about her being a Disabled Veteran, My wife's father faught and died from injury's he sustained in the Vietnam war, as well as my grandfather and I give money to veterans and my wife volunteers for daughters and sons of disabled veterans, so I have full respect for anyone who fought and is disabled for defending our country and I feel extremely disrespected for someone saying I would ever say such a thing. Ms. D received over $2000.00 of appliances at a discounted rate (because she was a disabled veteran) She paid 1100.00, Deal was for 1150.00 with delivery, and set up. Her Nephew was supposed to pay us remaining $50.00 out of his check. but was fired before that happened. ( He was fired for being high on drugs every time he came in) Ms. D had a lot of drug paraphilia laying around the house, the smell of Marijuana was very strong when my employees delivered the appliances. Since Ms.D verbally assaulted and threatened myself, per warranty that she signed her appliance warranty is null and void. They still have over $200.00 in parts that has yet to be returned to my company. [redacted]Owner

Review: I agreed to pay Jason D[redacted] (Business Owner) to replace my refrigerator door seal. He said the part would be $115, in which he asked me to pay him upfront for the part and the service to put it on at my house would be $50. I live in Trinity, NC (where Mr. D[redacted] also lives) so I dropped the cash off to his wife at his house on Saturday 11/29/2014. She didn't have change for the part that was $115 so I ended up giving her $120. (I have a receipt) I was told the part would [redacted]ive and he could put it on Monday (12/8) or Tuesday (12/9). I contacted Mr.D[redacted] via txt on Saturday (12/6) to see if the part may have came in early? He said the supply house was closed over the weekend and would know at about 11 am on Monday (12/8). I didn't get a call or txt so at 2:30pm I sent a txt and he replied with "I'll call and check" I said ok Thanks. Guess what he didn't call me back. Tuesday (12/9) 9am I sent another txt. "Any word"? Mr. D[redacted] " I know the loads of parts come in there about 11 so I'll call them I'm waiting on few others also". I said ok...Later that day (6:13pm) I sent another txt, "I guess the part didn't come in today" he replied "He said tomorrow or Thursday at latest". I txt back as ask that he just keep me posted.On Wed. (12/10) after talking to my fiance we both agreed that this was taking way too long and by this time we felt as if Mr. D[redacted] had pulled a scam on us and I wanted to talk to him over the phone. I called and he advised me that I needed to wait and give him a call or txt tomorrow. I advised him that I was done waiting and I needed my money back. He hung up on me. ????The next day (12/11/2014 4:15pm) Mr. D[redacted] sent me a txt "I have part in my truck and I can just drop it off to you cause I do not want to put it on after the way you was yesterday sorry you could probably put on yourself."At this point I asked "When were you thinking of dropping it off? Or would you reconsider doing the work for me? - No reply. That was the last time I spoke to Mr. D[redacted]. He has yet to respond.Desired Settlement: I asked for my money back before Mr. D[redacted] said he bought the part and he went a purchased it anyway and now will not respond at all.

We purchased a whole kitchen set from this company about a year ago, We are still extremely happy with them and the way they do business. I have referred many people to them and every single person has been happy. He does his best to make sure his customers are happy and his appliances work to the best of their ability! Will DEFINITLY do business with them in the future!

Review: I BOUGHT A STOVE FROM THIS BUSINESS WITH A 45 DAY WARRANTY ON AUGUST 11, 2015. I IMMEDIATELY NOTICED A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE SWITCHES. (IT SHOOTS FIRE AND THROWS THE BREAKER WHEN YOU TURN IT OFF). I CONTACTED THE OWNER, JASON DARR ABOUT THE ISSUE THE NEXT DAY. ON SEPT. 2, 2015 JASON SENT ME A MESSAGE THAT HE HAD LOST HIS PHONE AND WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME THE NEXT DAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. NO ONE CALLED. I SENT ANOTHER MESSAGE ON 09/09/2015 REGARDING THE SAME MATTER, ON 09/10/2015, I RECEIVED ANOTHER MESSAGE FROM JASON STATING TALKED TO THE TECH AND HE WOULD CALL ME TOMORROW. NO CALL WAS EVER RECEIVED. ON 09/21/2015, I SENT HIM ANOTHER MESSAGE ASKING HIM TO PLEASE FIX MY STOVE. HE RESPONDED WITH "I WILL CALL ANOTHER TECH NOW, THE ONE WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO COME LOOK AT IT HAS BEEN SICK". ON 09/24/2015 I RECEIVED ANOTHER MESSAGE STATING HE TALKED WITH ANOTHER TECH THAT WORKS FOR HIM PART TIME AND HE WOULD BE CALLING ME TO SET A TIME TO REPAIR MY STOVE. I HAVE STILL RECEIVED NO CALL. I MESSAGED HIM AGAIN ON 10/7/2015, AND I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING BACK.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY STOVE REPAIRED, AND/OR REPLACED WITH THE SAME MAKE/MODEL, AND THE SAME STYLE. AT THIS LATE IN THE GAME I REALLY FEEL LIKE I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR THE LENGTH OF TIME I HAVE HAD TO WAIT.

Review: purchased a refrigerator... it was delivered and did not have bottom grill... was told they would get to me.... in the interim we had problems with the refrigerator leaking.... called several time to have it serviced but have been getting runaround ...purchased 10/23/15 with 30 day warranty.... today is 11/15/15. I am extremely disappointed ....to say the least.... its businesses like this that seam to flourish without punishment.Desired Settlement: Give me credit for grill and allow me to get a repairmen and bill darr's business
