$300 Security Deposit is not being refunded. A 30-day written notice was submitted for intent to vacate the apartment 12/31/12. I fulfilled the obligations according to the lease agreement and have acted in good faith. For two months, management's explanation for me not receiving the deposit was that the "check would soon be sent." Finally, on March 5, more than 2 months later, the "new" excuse was that they did not have the 30-day notice. Clearly, they are obfuscating and never had intentions of returning my money. [redacted] Management/Properties obviously is not fulfilling its obligation of returning the security deposit, as required by the lease agreement.
