Darryl Tatz Like NU Tile & Tub Refinsh

After a discussion with [redacted] at Like Nu, I emailed photos of all of all of the damaged areas on a brand new bathtub that was damaged by the tile workers. He quoted $75 to do the repair. Someone named [redacted] showed up and washed down the tub with a chemical and said he needed to come back to finish the job. He did come back and charged me double ($150) but did not fix all of the smaller scratches. I asked him why and his response was he spoke to my husband and this was what he agreed to and I should wax the tub. Wow... I reluctantly paid him $150 but immediately contacted [redacted] to ask why the whole tub was not repaired as per the photos and original $75 quote. He told me he waived the 2nd trip job-(he never told me there was a trip charge) and if I wanted the whole tub repaired, the charge would have been $575. None of this was mentioned during my original phone conversation with [redacted] He had pictures and gave me a quote that he disregarded when I made the complaint. I also want to mention that I asked [redacted] to fill in a chip on another tub in the house. I just wanted a drop of the white paint. He expected to sand down the area for $75 and I immediately stopped him. He went back the [redacted] and told him I asked for a free repair which was not my intention. I picked up white porcelain paint at Home Depot and tapped in the white myself for about $5. When I responded to Daryl with my side of ([redacted] VS me), I received no response. I would not recommend this company because I feel that they do not communicate accurate information to people like me who know nothing about tub repair procedures and did nothing to help me when I filed my complaint.
