I purchased GMC Canyon some weeks ago and found the following:
Only one key was provided and I had to pay $at dueck gm in Richmond
There was no operators manual an was promised one but to date have not got it (I even had to pay for it
A engine warning light was on and even noted in a provided inspection reportInitially told it was repaired but was not
Inspection report noted it needed a oil change but was ignored
I took the vehicle to dueck gm and had the oil changed and the vehicle inspectedThey found a front axle seal leaking and water in brake fluid
Advised to take the vehicle back to darrylsbestbuy by the salesman for repairs After days and dollars I got my truck back

We recently bought a Chevy Aveo from Darryls Best Buys, they are the worst dealers everMy vehicle is still having lots of problems, from hazard light to complete shut downThe first day we took the car out of the showroom it got stuck in the middle of the road just within minutesi still have the engine light on and having problems one after anotherTook the car to them and they refused to fix it instead they want us to take it to Global WarrantyThe sales person Derek used to answer our phone calls before we finalised the deal but right after that he never answered our callsHe also talked us into buying a *** warranty for $a month whereas they cover nothingAt the end we had to take it to an auto shop and got the wiring fixed for $There are still a lot of things that needs to be done and a lot more of our money to spend as they sold us a crappy carI would never recommend them to anyonePlease go to some other dealership but not Darryls!!
