During the process of all of this, I had a technician get injured at work and another employee quickI apologize but we were very shorthandedWe made an arrangement with another HVAC company to come out and fix the unit at no cost to the customerThis was ***e about weeks ago and all is
resolved
*** and *** *** had made calls to us, "Darst Heating and Cooling". We were unable to get to them due to lack of staff. The technician the ***'s had always contacted personally concerned business, had a work related injury which resulted in surgery and an unexpected leave of absence for recovery. I do apologize for not being able to step away from the ***ers that we were being dealt with at the time. My supplier TF Ehrhart Company, contacted the ***s and helped with arrangements that were made with All Year Heating and Cooling, to make the repairs. The owner was in contact with me personally, and found the problem to be a defective factory component that was covered by warranty. We had made arrangements with All Year Heating and Cooling to pay for the service call charge in the amount of $129.00. Turns out the ***'s had already paid for the service call, before we were able to do so. Darst Heating and Cooling will gladly reimburse the $service call charge. Darst Heating and Cooling or Johnson Controls does not offer any guarantees or reimbursements on utility costs. Once again, I apologize for circumstances beyond my control
There was a check enclosed with the letter sent out on March

I am rejecting this response because: Darst's response is absolutely false. They did nothing to assist us in the repair of our furnace even to to the point that they did not even return our phone calls. We had to make contact with the corporate headquarters, manufacturers and distributors on a daily basis in order to finally find someone local to help repair our furnace. We finally had success with one of the distributor in Springfield, MO. For Darst to state that they covered the expense and was not cost to us is totally false. Our electric bill for the last months where the furnace was not working properly due to Darst's neglect, cost us in excess of over $1,000. Our highest electric bill ever over the last years has never exceeded $300. We had another company come out and finally repair the furnace which cost us a service charge fee and filing a warranty with the manufacturer for a total charge of $129. We feel that Darst cost us almost $which we feel they are responsible for and had not taken any action in fixing our furnace. To date, we have not heard one word from Darst. Their response to Revdex.com is totally erroneous
Sincerely,
*** & *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:Darst Heating & Cooling at no time made any arrangements to resolve our repair issues. .Darst did NOT even return our numerous phone calls made to their company , though their message machine recording stated that they would do so promptly! ! Their claim that they arranged with the repairing company to make the needed repairs is a falsehood! ! We made the contact and arrangements through the repairing company's office associate, [redacted] !Darst originally explained to the B B B that they were too ill to contact us; but they are now saying they contacted the Mt. VERNON company and had them do the service repairs.. If that were true why didn't Darst call us to reassure us in this emergency that they were making such arrangements? ???We have spoken with [redacted] and [redacted] at All Year Heating and AiR this afternoon 03/05/18 at 4:31p.m. to inquire about Darst's story..They claim that they did receive a call from Darst but only after we had contacted them and made the appointment..to fix the problem. In our quest to get help the manager at I.F. Ehrhardt ,,[redacted] ,contacted Darst who told him he wasn't going to make the repairs. .[redacted] referred us to the All Year Heating and Air business in Mt. Vernon .... This situation began on Jan. 19thand continued unresolved until Feb. 5th At which time All Year Heating and Air handled the situation. . Respectively, [redacted]Sincerely,
[redacted] & [redacted]
