On 1/22/13 I called for my son to be picked up from school then I canceled due to finding him a ride. Later I called to schedule a pick up from our house to school for 1/23/13 and the lady, [redacted], told me I had to by him a book pass and I was asking why if it's only going to be one time and told her the lady I spoke with earlier never told me that. She would not explain to me anything and when I asked for a supervisor she hung up on me. I called back asking for a supervisor and again she hung up on me. How am I suppose to find out the information I need if I am continuously hung up on? I find this very poor customer service. I called again on 1/23/13 and asked for a supervisor and [redacted] again would not allow me to speak with her supervisor. These dispatchers have no right to be rude or hang up on customers.
