My home was destroyed after a fire. I contacted Dart Restoration and their team was so helpful. Not knowing how the process worked, they walked me through every step. I felt so comfortable and it went just as they explained. My home was fixed better than I could’ve imagined. The care they showed my family I’m forever grateful. I suggest you make the same call. Dart Restoration is who I always recommend to all my friends and family.

Had a fire due to an electric plug in heater. So many companies showed up to my home claiming to work wit the insurance company. Dart kept it very professional and real with my husband and I. Which everything was upside down we ended up hiring them to cover all the broken windows at the home. We later hired them to do the repairs on the home. We can't say thank you enough for how honest and trustworthy the owner and staff were. We were so disheveled but by the end of the repairs we could sit back and breath. I would highly recommend to any family member of mine.

My 78 year old Mothers life has been in turmoil since April 2, 2019 when our family home burnt down. In May of 2019 she hired Thomas Hart of Dart Restoration to rebuild her home. He agreed to take on the job and told her she would be home no later than May 2020. He said being that it was a small home, he could probably have it done sooner. He did not begin working on the home until September 2020. He worked for two weeks and then halted work for 3 weeks. On October 25th My Father whom she cared for since he got ill in June of 2014 passed away of Parkinson's Disease and Lung cancer leaving her a widow. The Months following the initial work started by Thomas Hart had become a nightmare. He would send his contractors to work one to two days one week and then they would not  show up for another month. She's been displaced for over 21 months now and since April of 2020 she has been paying $2000 a month rent out of her own pocket because her Home insurance company (Mountain Valley) refused to pay more than 12 months rent. She has now used over $18,000 of the money she received to re-furnish her home and purchase lost items on rent. Thomas Hart never Formally Filed Building permits until just this October after already completing the work. We are 21 months out now and my poor Mother is still not home. Any time she reaches out to Thomas Hart He berates her, screams at her, uses profanities and hangs up. My mothers health is declining  due to all of this stress. She is hardly able to sleep, she has severe anxiety and is losing her hair. He told us all work would be completed November 24th and that she would be home for thanksgiving. She has Paid him over $130,00 and the home is still not completed. Even taking away the two months they were not legally able to work due to the covid19 virus that still leaves us at 7 months over the expected completion date. I am a homosexual and I reached out to him via a telephone call to try and figure this out due to my Mothers declining health and called me a Gay Slur and hung up the telephone. We are now awaiting the building department to inspect the work and for National Grid to install a gas meter before she can get home. There will still be work that needs to be done and work that need to be completed even after she’s home

I am extremely happy with the work that was performed at my house after having a fire. It was so devastating to watch everything I worked for go up inflames. I could not believe the amount of pressure that was relieved once I had Dart Restoration start working on my house. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. My home came out better then it ever looked. They did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else family and friends.
