certified as installed correctly which the current owners found out when they contacted *** about this installOn *** this property was sold for $*** and then again sold again on *** for $*** to current ownersWhat ever happened on this property in the last years by others is beyond our control and not our responsibilityOur standard warranty is one year on all work performed by our companyFurthermore the current owners did not contact us at all first as to any problem and just freely hired another service contractor of their choice to do what ever they wanted

They connected to the wrong mains ***As the mains are at different elevations, and only one pipe was run, there is no reason for this to be installed incorrectlyThe contractor did have it inspected by ***, not the *** *** as they were not responsible for these systems at the timeThat being said, as per the *** Building Code Act, the Field Review of Construction does not include the coordination, quality and performance of constructionThe fact that it was installed wrong falls in as the responsibility of the contractor performing the workThe company states that no one called them during the last years but this is because the problem was unknown and we had no way of knowing that the pumping dumbed into the local lakeThey were not contacted to make repairs as this information was not provided by *** during the days given to carry out the workFollowing the correction of the problem, Davco was connected numerous times ***My desired resolution remains the reimbursement of the repair cost or word gets out that they may not be the best choice for sewer related work
