Residents at the community received 60 days advance notice of the community's revised parking policy. The new policy states that parking lot monitoring will take place between [redacted] and [redacted] every day. Any vehicle without a permit will be towed...

immediately. We do offer parking spaces for guests on a first come, first serve basis. Guest and temporary passes [redacted] be requested during business hours. Lastly, residents are instructed to call emergency maintenance if they require a pass/permit after-hours.
In this matter, the resident had parked a 2nd vehicle on the premises without obtaining management's approval. Because the vehicle did not have a pass/permit, and was not a loaner vehicle, it had been towed per our policy.
Management has discussed this matter with the resident and, as a one-time customer service gesture, has agreed to reimburse the resident, in the form of a rent concession,the amount of [redacted] representing half of the tow bill.
