I paid Mr ***, CPA, $1250, to complete and file the taxes for my dissolved corporation, June The filing was for a corporation that never had any income or expensesMr ***, apparently filed the wrong paperwork with the IRS and the IRS asked for the proper paperwork
Mr*** wanted me to pay him to correct what he did not do correctly the first time
On Jan05, asked Mr *** for a refund, since he has not done what he was paid to do originally, which was to complete and file my dissolved corporation's taxesWhat ever he did file was not for my corporation
I have not had any response from Mr*** since sending him the Jan05, email
