I am rejecting this response because: I have tried to resolve this issue with the company, but unfortunately they have not been truthful during this investigationI talked to an employee who expressly stated that the dryer they refuse to return was ACCIDENTALLY marked as a haul offI have never worked with this business before, so I was unaware that I should've received a receipt for my dryerWhen I called about the matter, they told me they had to find itWhen I called again, they told me they found it and that the employee had to wait until the owner was back in the office to let me know what they would offer meThey even offered to pay me $for the dryer, but I just want the dryer back as the one I purchased from them does not workThey refuse to respond to that requestI've included a facebook post with the $belowThank you for your help *** ###-###-####

As previously stated Daryl's Appliance has met
the agreement made
between *** and Daryl's
Appliance As for the dryer that was hauled off by Daryl's Appliance if it
were indeed to be purchased from Daryl's Appliance then a receipt for purcflase
wourd have
beenwrote out when the appliance was picked
up that day there for the appliance was said to be a haul off NOT a purchase
Daryl's Appliance has no more it can do for *** at this time unless she
wishes to pay for a trip charge and the cost of repair on her appliances
