On 1/19/I registered for a CPR/AED and FIRST AID TRAINING which would be held on 2/19/On 2/6/18, I received an email from **@etma.net that they had a scheduling issue and the 2/class was canceled and would be held on 2/instead and that if that worked, not action was neededIf it did not, to respond to that emailI immediately (within a couple hours) responded requesting a refund as none of their other course dates worked for my schedule, hence the reason I registered for the 2/classI received no response until I posted in an online forum where this company is often recommendedOn 2/I received a response from [redacted] stating he would send me a refund check (despite the fact I paid on credit and would have much preferred it be returned to the same card)On 2/I received said checkOn 2/I took it into my bank to deposit and it was declined because [redacted] had failed to endorse itI emailed that same day to request resolutionI received no response, still hav
