Yep, Bad
I called them and left a message to schedule an appt. after AHS warranty assigned him as my "service guy". Never called me back. After 1 week, I finally got ahold of him and he said "sorry, I was sick". He didn't know anything about being assigned to help me with my range. He looked it up and said he would get his guy out in the next week, which he did. The guy didn't know much, didn't get any info from stove. Said he would order parts. Never heard from these guys ever again. I called and left several messages as to the status of the parts, and was ignored. After 3 weeks, I finally called AHS and told them what was going on. They said the parts were never ordered because the correct information was not supplied. They tried calling and got no answer. After another week, AHS offered to pay for a replacement stove which I went with. Daryl's Appliance is just another "wannabe" business who has no professionalism and does not care about you. Do NOT give him your business. Maybe he'll shut down. That would be a good thing...

Thanks for checking Revdex.com before selecting this contractor. Do NOT use this contractor. He is unreliable and unprofessional.

On 3/3/16 this contractor came to my house to complete warranty work for AHS. He diagnosed the problem and indicated a part was needed. He stated it would take approx. 3 weeks for the part to come in and once received, he would call me to schedule an install. I paid my service fee and this contractor left.

Approximately 3 weeks later, after not hearing from the contractor, I called the contractor. I got his voice mail. It is now almost 2 months since our initial encounter and I've not heard from the contractor. I continue to reach a voice mail and messages are never returned. I contacted AHS and they have been unsuccessful in reaching the contractor. I was told that the contractor asked for their help in searching for my part one month after our first encounter. AHS secured the part and sent it to the contractor. However, my appliance still remains in disrepair.

Save yourself headache and use a more reputable contractor in town. This is not worth your time and hassle.

As the others, I placed a service call for appliance repair with AHS and they assigned it to this company. Daryl was "out of town" and sent a technician to get my appliance model #s. That was a month ago and I have been unable to reach them...only get voicemail box. They cashed my $75 check! AHS has also been unable to reach them.
I am about to find his address and go get my $75 BACK!!
