First, please be aware that as of 7/21/at 1:45, I received this notice from the Better Business BWith reference to this stated complain by one [redacted] ***, I do hereby render to you my full cooperation and my statement which follows I received a call from and [redacted] Ms [redacted] boyfriend who made these reservations with her consentHe was given Ms [redacted] credit card from [redacted] along with the expiration date and three digit code on the reverse sideHe made the reservations for six this weekAt that time he stated that the two of them had friends who also wished to stayI advised him on several occasions that he needed to have those who wished to stay call me at their earliest convenienceAfter even two or three calls yesterday, I advised him to have his friends call me directlyAt some time around dinner he called and again stated that friends wished to reserve another two unitsI requested at that time he needed to have his friends call me at 9:00p.mto 9:p.mI advised him that our office closed around 9:30-10:At 11:p.mhe called againI told him again that his friends needed to book their own roomsThen he called again around 11:40, and I told him the office was closed and that he needed his friends to call at 8:a.mtoday 7-21-Please note that when we awoke our phones were downAs I advised Ms [redacted] by phone this morning, I received three messages on my answering system; however, I could not phone outIn addition, I told her that there were no messages from any of their friendsIn addition, I did advise her that there were three messages left on my system this morningAt that time I also told her that there were no units available for any more guestShe requested I cancel all her reservations which I finally didI also credited her account with $as advised by [redacted] account, [redacted] operator # [redacted] After explaining this entire situation concerning this cancellation, [redacted] advised me that I only had to refund the $292.00...Off Batch [redacted] -00:54:on07-22-16/Inv#: [redacted] .I did that immediatelyI then emailed Ms [redacted] that her reservations had been cancelled as per her request and that...as advised by her bank...I refunded the aforementioned amount of $In my communication, I told her I regretted this entire situationSigned by My Typed Name- [redacted]

I told him again that his friends needed to book their own rooms. Then he called again around 11:40, and I told him the office was closed and that he needed his friends to call at 8:00 a.m. today 7-21-16. Please note that when we awoke our phones were down. As I advised Ms. [redacted] by phone this morning, I received three messages on my answering system; however, I could not phone out. In addition, I told her that there were no messages from any of their friends. In addition, I did advise her that there were three messages left on my system this morning. At that time I also told her that there were no units available for any more guest. She requested I cancel all her reservations which I finally did. I also credited her account with $292.00 as advised by [redacted] account, [redacted] operator #[redacted]. After explaining this entire situation concerning this cancellation, [redacted] advised me that I only had to refund the $292.00...Off Batch [redacted]-00:54:17 on07-22-16/Inv#:[redacted].I did that immediately. I then emailed Ms. [redacted] that her reservations had been cancelled as per her request and that...as advised by her bank...I refunded the aforementioned amount of $292.00.
