August 25, 2015We were recently received an issue from the customer through emailThe customer stated that the Power Drive Inverter (Model: ***) worked properly when bench tested on a single batteryWhen connecting to a tractor trailer battery system, the inverter would not turn onSince the Inverter worked properly on a single battery, we suggested heavier cables to install the inverter in the tractor trailer.Customer could not get the inverter to work in the tractor trailerRefunds are at the policy of the retailer that sold the inverterWe could only offer product warranty for the inverter.We will contact the customer and the retailer to resolve the situation.Regards,Jim HCustomer Service Manager

August 25, 2015We were recently received an issue from the customer through email. The customer stated that the Power Drive Inverter (Model: [redacted]) worked properly when bench tested on a single battery. When connecting to a tractor trailer battery system, the inverter would not turn on. Since the Inverter worked properly on a single battery, we suggested heavier cables to install the inverter in the tractor trailer.Customer could not get the inverter to work in the tractor trailer. Refunds are at the policy of the retailer that sold the inverter. We could only offer product warranty for the inverter.
We will contact the customer and the retailer to resolve the situation.
