Review: I am the owner of [redacted] (Gas Company) advertised conversion from oil to gas. I told them that I am interested and they referred Dasata Construction. I wired them a down payment of $5,836.96 on September [redacted]. They have yet to do any work. Keep giving me excuses and now refuse to give my down payment back.Desired Settlement: A certified check for the full amount or contracted work done by December *, 2013.

the complaint is against Dasata Construction Corp/Metro City Group MP Lic# [redacted]. They were suppose to install a new gas boiler at [redacted] and failed to do so.If Not installed by December [redacted], 2014, I want a full refund
