*** *** purchased the product on April 6th (as seen in attachment) and sent us an email on September 16th (also attached) accusing us of lying about something in regards to the money back guaranteeThere were no prior emails (aside from the September email) from *** regarding
dissatisfaction, concern, or the money back guaranteeAs she herself quoted, the guarantee is for days and her contact came in September which is many months past the day guaranteeIf she can provide proof that she contacted us prior to that via an email in her sent folder or other proof, then we will gladly refund her the cost of the product as per our guaranteeHowever, we have attempted to locate other emails and there are noneAs it stands she does not qualify for a refund under our policy which she agreed to when purchasing our product

Again, the individual failed to contact us to provide any further information. We would be happy to discuss this further via email and work towards a resolution. We will not blindly refund a customer who is months outside the return policy. The policy needs to be abided by both sides. Abuse of our guarantee policy will not be tolerated.

We are very sorry for the delay in response on our end. It was always our intent to issue the full refund, we just didn't have a chance to catch up on emails and our phone system is indeed down for upgrades. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the customer.We have...

provided a full refund to the cusomter and covered all [redacted] fees as well. Normally the customer would be required to return the product but in this case we made an exception to avoid any further inconvenience. An email has been sent notifying the customer of the refund.For any further assistance the customer is welcome to contact us directly.Thank you.

I was impressed by the reviews and in trying to save money, purchased a six month supply. Unfortunately, after using Dasgro for the six months, I saw no change and because I had received the product over 90 days before, I was not eligible for the refund. I sincerely hope it works for others.
