I highly recommend against using this company! We scheduled our vehicle to be towed through our insurance company's roadside service and were told that Dave's towing would provide the service with an ETA of 1500-We waited and after hearing nothing from the towing company called to confirm at at which time we were told the "tow truck would be there momentarily"We continued to wait and at called our insurance company to report that the tow truck was a no show, the insurance company called Dave's towing at which time they told them "they just got off the phone with us and they will be there momentarily"After expressing our concern to the insurance company regarding the fact that we had been told the same thing minutes ago, I called Dave's towing and was shouted out and told that " I just needed to wait longer at that the times are estimated and we were already told this" after asking the gentleman on the phone to please calm down and stop shouting he yelled louder and began more irate and verbally abusive and disrespectful to me at which time I hung up the phone to escape the verbal attackI then called the insurance company back and scheduled service with another tow company and made a complaint about Dave's towingFurthermore, when the new towing company called to confirm our location I mentioned our ordeal with the previous towing company and verbal abuse I was subjected to he said "let me guess Dave's towing, he's good for that" The bottom line is this company is unprofessional, unreliable, and verbally abusivePlease do not use them under any circumstance

We waited and after hearing nothing from the towing company called to confirm at 1528 at which time we were told the "tow truck would be there momentarily". We continued to wait and at 1550 called our insurance company to report that the tow truck was a no show, the insurance company called Dave's towing at which time they told them "they just got off the phone with us and they will be there momentarily". After expressing our concern to the insurance company regarding the fact that we had been told the same thing 20 minutes ago, I called Dave's towing and was shouted out and told that " I just needed to wait longer at that the times are estimated and we were already told this" after asking the gentleman on the phone to please calm down and stop shouting he yelled louder and began more irate and verbally abusive and disrespectful to me at which time I hung up the phone to escape the verbal attack. I then called the insurance company back and scheduled service with another tow company and made a complaint about Dave's towing. The bottom line is this company is unprofessional, unreliable, and verbally abusive. Please do not use them under any circumstance.

They tell me the ETA is 1:43pm On base, call them at 1:54pm to see if there anything wrong and they said I would be just a few more minutes. Call then again at 2:23pm to see what's taking so long and the guy that answers gives me attitude for asking him what's going on.. says I am arguing with him.. said it would take another 1 hour and 30 minutes latest.. I felt like the customer service was horrible. I end up giving them a 1 star for the customer service.. and they call me at 2:56pm telling me that Dave's towing has cancelled my service. When I ask why, the same guy that has answered the phone says " because you gave us a bad review " after that I asked him what is your name sir, he said " thats not of your business " I kept asking politely and he finally answered. Thank you "[redacted]" for turning this simple tow into a nightmare.
