I understand the frustration with agreements, I am a home owner and deal with them constantly as well At Dash we have embraced a year, treatment agreement to give a discount on the original treatment which is usually between $and $and it's how we feel we can solve the problem of
pests at a location We have a signed page agreement that simply and clearly specifies what they would pay if they cancel early (which is only the discounted amount if the person were to get a time treatment, in this case the regular would have been $and the Metcalfs paid $99, so the cancel fee is $120) We are a small business and complaints like this are frustrating especially when there is a signed agreement in our favor However frustrating this is, we will stop contacting the customer about money they owe for the service provided.Thanks~ ** *
