I am rejecting this response because:
This response fails to address my points in a productive way I am aware of why I was towed However, the issue is when I was aware At night, these signs are not clear I had to find a sign on another building just to call the establishment to ask if my vehicle was even there This makes it very easy to become frustrated If I parked there knowing I would potentially be towed, I would have no right
To flat out deny I was harassed is unprofessional The statement saying I was answered by a man after I asked the question concerning the towing of my car is correct, however, prior to that, I asked one male employee who simply told me he didn't tow it, followed by a very abrasive female who would only answer with the question, "Where is the damage?," instead of answering my question The unprofessionalism extends to the statement saying my frustration only got worse when my car wouldn't start I corrected the issue myself and my only words to any employees were that I had the issue under control

Mr*** was illegally parked behind an apartment complex located on Georgia Aveon the night of August 15. Mr*** was parked behind the complex
while visiting another establishment. There are signs located at the apartment complex that clearly state it is a "permit parking only" zoneThis particular lot is also striped in a different color. Mr*** was parked in the lot without the proper decal on his vehicle This is the reason his vehicle was impounded
In this business, people are often extremely frustrated when they realize their vehicle was towed and often bring that frustration to us when they pick up their vehicle Mr*** was no exception It was obvious that Mr*** was not happy when he arrived at our facility His frustration then got worse when his vehicle wouldn't start.
When Mr*** asked which end his car was towed from, he was immediately answered by a male employeeHe was in no way "harassed" at our facility nor by our employees

First, we do not know what the year, make or model of the vehicle in questionThe customer would have been given a receipt upon picking up the vehicle We are also not aware of where the vehicle in question was
impounded from
The maximum tariff, which is set by the City of Statesboro, is $on impounded vehicles, not $120, which is noted in the complaint
We accept at least three forms of payment: cash, money order, or any other certified funds for impounds
For security purposes, the person recovering the vehicle from our premises is the only person allowed in the lot gate at the time of recovery
