Greetings, I am a representative for Dashing Queen Nail Spa located at Vestal Pkwy E vestal NY I received a complaint letter that’s assigned an ID of ***The costumer came in on 7/8/and she asked for the white nail polish (SNS) our nail technician strongly recommends against the
white nail polish (SNS) because she is going to the beach on vacationThe costumer insisted that she wants this color so our technician has no choice but to do it for herOur technician also advised that it will likely turn yellow we will likely be able to fix it if that’s the case when she gets back from vacation assuming around a week or soOur salon actually have a general policy that we will do polish repairs free of charge as long as the costumer comes back within the week they notify us of the problem it could be an accident except as long say didn’t sabotage the polish themselvesIn this case the costumer did not come back within the week or notify us of any problem prior to 7/24/which is more than weeks after the SNS was doneAlso when She returned on that day with a really bad attitude and try to cause a big commotion during our business hour when there is other costumers around (this is all record on our video camera) even the costumers were shaking their heads at her rudenessHowever that’s not the reason we deny her of her refund and repair; the main reason is when she returns to the nail salon her nails has no polish at all which means its no longer a repair but rather a complete redo of all her nailsThe fact that her nail is complete clean of all nail polish it can only be possible if she sabotages the polish herself by actually peeling them off, or else no matter how bad the fading was there should still be nail polish leftSince she has none of the polish at all it will mean her nail will have to be redone from scratch which we will not do because it is her who sabotage her polish we will only repair problems arise from our product or reasons that we deem are not sabotagesSo the fact that she came in after more than two weeks without any prior notice and that all her nail polishes were complete gone most likely peeled off by herself we cannot honor any refund or repairIf you have any question or would like to see the video of the day she visited the salon and the day she returned we have the video
