They are refusing to refund me money on a product that they sent me which was wrong.
I first ordered a dash cover on amazon.com. the one I got was wrong. When I called them they argued with me and decided finally to send me a replacement. Once I got around to installing the replacement it was also wrong. I called them to ask for a refund and they said to much time has passed and refund was not possible.
I dont buy these that often so i would like the money back
contacted us on Feb 26 at 7:47 AM on Amazon asking to exchange his 1998-2001 Dodge Ram dash cover kit because he accidentally ordered the wrong kit (we did not ship him the wrong kit as he claims). His message below:

I need to get one for a 2002 dodge ram. This is for a 2001. Do you have one I can exchange?

*** calls us to take us up on that offer, and we send him a return label to assist with fixing his accidental order, and then he orders the correct cover with us on 03/08/2019.
Then several months later on 6/5/19, *** contacts us asking to return this same cover for a refund. We explain that our policy as clearly stated on our website is that we do not process returns for refunds after 30 days (standard retail policy) but he is welcome to send it back to exchange for another product if he wishes, this would be an exception to our stated policy that he agreed to, to help him out. He then proceeded to issue threats against us and became rude and abusive over the phone.
