Review: [redacted] owner of Dasi Home Improvement Corporation has been given numerous chances to pay back my deposit the sum of $6000 cash and never complied. I have contacted the [redacted] Consumer affairs and was notified that [redacted] contractors license #[redacted] is NOT valid as of 4/**. He knew that his license was expired and still illegally built steps off my deck and gave me an estimate for fencing he was supposed to do around my property. I was able to contact [redacted] and he openly admitted that he used my deposit not to buy the materials for my fence but to fund somebody elses project.I think these actions he has done are deplorable and unacceptable and he should be dealt to the fullest extent of the law. In the fraudulent paperwork that was given, I contacted the fencing agency and they said that they never heard of Dasi Home Improvements. When he finished the stairs, he did not clean up his work and the debris was left there. The partial fencing that he removed is hanging downward and if someone is walking by the fence it can be easily plied and removed thus leaving my property exposed to any passerby to walk in my backyard. The metal poles are laid all across the backyard. He agreed to pay back the money but when I attempted to contact him he would not answer my calls or return my messages and also when I told him that he would be paid for the one service that he provided (the stairs), the amount he requested was not reasonable nor a fair amount. At this point, I want my money back because he was dishonest and had no intention to doing any of the work because he made no effort to contact me or communicate with me. He provided fraudulent paperwork and had no excuse or explanation as to why the materials were not ordered. Attached is the contract, estimate and the fraudulent quote for materials that was never purchased with the $6000 that was given to him for that purpose.Desired Settlement: 1)I would like an immediate refund of the money back that he stole of $6000 2) Have him arrested for grand larceny 3) confiscate his work van and tools for not working with a license and sell them at a auction forrepayment for me.
