He purchased a cooling unit in perfect shape from us (new cost $14,000) for a discounted price of $We shipped it to him via freight on a pallet.Case highlights:- Per Mr [redacted] item arrived with signs of freight damage.- Item was accepted from the freight driver upon delivery.- Mr [redacted] email us stating visible damage to the shipment.- We immediately replied asking to send us pictures of the shipment as it arrived, so we can start a shipping damage claim.- He replied with NO pictures as requested- weeks go by and he still get no information or evidence of the damage.- We reply again asking for detailed information so we can start shipping damage claim(no information provided)- Mr [redacted] proceeded to operate the unit/repair it on his own.- We reply again asking for information needed so we can file a claim on his behalf for the damage( no information provided)Mr [redacted] has yet to provide us any information or pictures showing the damage that he claimed was on the unit when it arrivedWe look for the best interest of our customers and we ready to file a damage claim on his behalf and get him his repair costs paid.He failed to provide us any of the information requested multiple times from him (please see emails below)He opted to use/work on fixing the unit on his own accord then came back asked us to pay his repair costs ($ to the refrigeration company and $ for heat transfer fluid).We could have easily filed a claim and got those costs covered by the shipping companyMr [redacted] failure to provide much needed information and pictures of the damage has hindered us from helping on this issue.I kindly ask that this compliant on Revdex.com be removed as the basis of Mr [redacted] complaint is invalid
