HelloWe are in receipt of Complaint # [redacted] filed by Mr [redacted] After reviewing our phone records we found that Mr [redacted] first contacted the SolidWorks Sales Team on April 4, 2016, six attempts were made between April 5, and April 17, to contact Mr [redacted] but, our sales team was unable to reach him via phone during this time periodOn April 17, 2016, a sales team member was able to speak with Mr [redacted] at which time he advised that he no longer needed assistanceUpon further review, our records show that Mr [redacted] ’s employer was an existing customer of one of our authorized Distributors and his employer purchased a new license of [redacted] on April 11, thru the same Distributor that they previously purchased a license fromAs Mr [redacted] ’s employer completed their purchase it is our belief that this issue has been resolved*** [redacted] ***Director, Inside Sales3DS Professional Channel
