[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: he did not do the repairs he listed He never touched the a/c unit His mechanic blew my radiator and burned his hand putting water in it, but never fixed anything The inspection sticker is from December of last year, my tires are bald to the point my car fishtails in the rain that did not happen in months I find this answer unacceptable because he is a liar And his colleague threatened my husband and called me a b*** I have no problem paying for my car, I signed a contract BUT I will NOT allow this man to continue to sell unsafe vehicles in this community I have filed a complaint with the DMV, the local car dealers association, this agency, the small business administration, I have even gone so far as to share his information on facebook and yelp It is a shame that he doesn't want to do right by his customers, I think in the long run though all of this shiesiness is going to catch up to him Thank you for trying to help, I didn't think it would go anywhere I should have just walked away in the beginning Regards, [redacted]

We are attaching pictures of the tires from when we listed the vehicle for sale. The pictures show the tread and the exterior of the tires. a/c.Attached is the inspection showing that the tires where not bald. It was not out of alignment. I'm not should why she feel threatened, because I am not that way.
