Company contacted our location, inquired about copier / toner, shipped product and invoiced. We did not order product and not paying for it.
Data Copier Products called our Pottstown location, asked for verification of copier/toner information. Shortly afterward, a box of toner arrived. Invoice *** dated 11-27-19 arrived. It was flagged as a scam. I contacted company 1/17/20 to inform we would not be paying invoice and give them the opportunity to send us a return shipping label to receive product back. Gentleman who answered phone, identified the company as Data Copier Products, hung up on me when I asked for the label. By law, we are not required to pay for product received but not ordered, and not required to return it either. Since company was not responsive to my request, product has been disposed of.
We want Data Copier Products Inc to cease and desist any and all contact with our location, including future requests for return of product.

We have strict ordering processes in place, through specific vendors. We are not obligated to pay for or return product received outside of this process, and product would have been discarded. Communication received from company indicates no returns after 15 days.
Data Copier Products needs to permanently remove us and all our locations from their solicitation listing have no contact with any of our locations.
CUSTOMER CAN RETURN PRODUCT AT ANY TIME. CUSTOMER IS USING Revdex.com TO KEEP OUR MERCH. WE ARE HAPPY TO GO TO COURT AND LET A JUDGE DECIDE.

1/17/20 Contacted Data Copier Products by phone to inform we were not paying for product and requested UPS return label. Company hung up on me and I filed the Revdex.com report. Product has been discarded.
I received a product from this company and I have requested to send it back. They refused.
I received a package from this company, which I opened because I thought it was from my current copier products company. They even had the sales guy I just worked withs name. They claimed to be with him and asked me to sign this sheet for these toners so that they could be shipped. I didn't think anything of it at the time because we just had products installed. When I received the same toner I just got in January and now have 5 of them on the shelf; I called out local copier company. They told me that this is a scam going around pretending to be their company and I should send them back. I packaged them up and took them to ups. UPS said I would have to pay for them to be returned or that company needs to send me a label. I called to request a label and when the guy kept cutting me off while I was talking. I told him very loudly I just wanted a return label to send the product back. He told me that I was too emotional to speak too and hung up. I called back asking for management was denied and he told me if I would just listen he would help me. I asked for him to send a return label and he said no because I ordered these and thats why I had them. I went back through my email to see where I did in fact receive an email which I thought was from my current company. I also emailed that company to request a return because I do not need these items. I wouldnt have ordered these items because I get them for free with my local business. It isn't unlikely for my local company to call and need things signed for me to have them shipped to us; which is why it took me so long to register that this was a scam.
I just want them to send a return label for me to mail back their product.
Company continues to receive an invoice from this company for toner. Toner was never received or requested. Person invoice addressed to denies ever speaking to company or hearing of them. We have contracts for toner. When called, the CSR continued to say return the product regardless of the amount of times stated no product was received, as if to gain admission of receipt....probably recorded. Eventually he hung up on me when I would not admit to receiving product.
This company called our organization; a state run institution, to tell us that we were not included on a contract update and that we are eligible to keep the current rate. The caller then proceeded to tell me that they had to send me a toner in a certain time frame to 'lock in' the current price. Next, he said that I had to 'order it'. I knew at that point that something was not correct. We have machines that contracted with a second party for maintenance and ordering. Toner etc. are shipped automatically through the online system. I don't place orders for ANYTHING. The next red flag was the guy would not get off the phone with me. He wanted to tell me the price and get my address etc. I did not tell him the informaiton he requested and I got off the phone with him. The next day, someone from 'shipping' called and I was not available. He left a direct # and after googling it and calling our our contracted company to confirm another party was not working on their behalf. I discovered the company name and their Revdex.com rating and reviews and confirmed that they were a scam. Later that day the 'shipping' guy called back, and when I told him I figured out their game he became very hostile. He said, 'We can find someone else to work with' and hung up on me. Please avoid all correspondence with this company. THEY ARE A SCAM!
