tow for another customer, at the time the complainant came in to retrieve the vehicleWe had to wait for our driver to finish the call that he was on before he could return to our lot to move the vehicleI understand the displeasure of having to wait, and I apologize for the inconvenience, but under the circumstances, it was the best we could doSome towing companies don't even open on the weekends to allow owners to pickup their vehiclesBut we open to give owners the option on whether or not to pickup their vehicles on the weekendMy apologies, ***
