Review: Did not deliver what they promised... Was way off from what they said we were going to get for a mailing list.Desired Settlement: Any sort of refund would be great.

Review: I was contacted by [redacted] from this company. We agreed that the company were going to provide us with a miling list containing 377 contacts from specific companies ([redacted]) and specific job titles [redacted] engineers, production engineers, purchasing agents, company managers). Also, they promised to send a profile for eachone of these companies; price: 1500 $US. Once the PO and the payment sent, they provided us a list with only 54 contacts that don't include the specified Job titles; the companies profiles are also missing.

I've been trying to contact them by phone and email without success. They don't answer the phone neither respond to my emails.Desired Settlement: We want this company to refung our money (1500$US)

Review: I have been trying to get in contact with Data Drips for almost two weeks now and have not been getting any responses back. My company purchased mailing lists from Data Drips and after we were unable to use them on any mailing website we asked Data Drips for their help. After they told us that we could send the campaigns through them for a fee, we agreed to do this since it seemed like the only option that we had to be able to use the mailing lists we purchased. The three different email campaigns were supposed to go out to a group of 70,000+ people in mid-June. When we received the reports from Data Drips, each email campaign had only been sent to 5,000 people per campaign (15,000 total). After inquiring about this and receiving feedback at first, I was passed off to another person who would not respond to my questions of why the full amount of emails were never sent out. When I tried to get in contact with the first person that I had spoken with initially for help, he would no longer respond to me either. After 2-3 different email attempts over a week with no replies, I attempted to call three different numbers in order to get a hold of someone. A message was supposed to be left, but it has now been 24 hours and I have had no reply. The emails that were supposed to be going out were time sensitive, which we made clear to them, and still went out a month after they were supposed to because of delay in their design department. Now it is too late for any more of the emails to go out. Very frustrating. They were helpful until they received payment and then they disappeared.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for all of our email lists that we purchased and were not able to use ($6,319). I would also like a full refund for the email campaign service that we purchased with Data Drips that they did not fully complete ($5,100). The refund total being $11,419.
