I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues, but some concerns remain in reference to complaint #***I made many attempts to unsubscribe from the business's mailings and only stopped receiving messages from the business after filling a Revdex.com complaint. Upon reviewing other Revdex.com complaints about this business, I see similar complaints from others. I suggest that the Revdex.com evaluate this business and appropriately rate it. I also suggest that the business conduct additional evaluation of not only their systems, but also their policies - while the technology behind the "unsubscribe" form on their site may be working, meaning they are receiving the requests not to be contacted, they don't seem to be doing anything with the requests.I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
