During a phone support inquiry we received the following information and provided the following instructions to the customer:Call Date/Time: 6/**/11:44:AM ESTInquiry: Customer claims he submitted the UPC label, and shipping label with rebate submission. Instructions provided: Told him
no other documents were inside the envelope from what I can see on the scan imagesTold him we can still process his rebate if he can submit a picture of the product installed on his jeep but he refused claiming that the rebate form does not state this information then claim he will file a lawsuit and ended the call.We have the images of all the documents receivedCurrently there appears to be no support for uploading the document copies for public viewing via the Revdex.com websiteThey have been emailed to *** along with the complaint ID and a copy of our response.Unfortunately, Data Rebate is not authorized to approve rebates that are missing required informationWe would be happy to resubmit *** ***'s rebate documents to the sponsor and request a decision reviewIf *** *** could provide proof of purchase (the UPC as requested on the rebate form OR photos of the top installed on his vehicle as an alternative) we will include that information and request permission to approve his rebate

I was told that ok was to supply a picture of there product on my truck with my rebate form , and was told the only thing they did not get was the pic sticker that was stuck to the end of the box witch had there part number and also had my receipt from summit racing and now there saying there was nothing in my envelop yes I got mad when I was told I didn't supply a picture that I was told was state on there rebate form

Review: I have submitted all forms to claim my rebate which was back in April of this year. It has shown with my rebate that it has been accepted yet no check has been mail to me for my rebate. Numerous attempts were made to contact them and all I get is an answering machine. I have left multiple messages with the company with my contact information and have never been contacted back once regarding my issue with rebate. I cannot take this any longer and this is why I am filing a complaint.Desired Settlement: I want my $100 rebate check mailed to me immediately. I did everything that was required of me in the time it was required. I bought product because there was a rebate. I could use this money to pay for my bills and again have done everything asked of me, it is time they honor on their end.

Customer had contact with a Data Rebate support representative on [redacted]—the same day we petitioned again for the rebate to be approved.
