To be clear, it is our goal to every customer have a positive experience.  As cars have become more complex with vast amounts of electronics, we are often required to have battery tests for most warranty work.  Most of the vehicles systems require minimum voltage levels and if these levels...

are not achieved though a battery test, the manufacturer can deny a warranty claim.  Having a thermostat changed and a battery installed will have nothing to do with a stall occurrence and are most likely unrelated. The [redacted] code relates to fuel system code often related to a loose gas cap.  Regardless, we would be happy to review the options with the vehicle owner and discuss the stalling issue.  We will contact our customer to discuss.
