This company tried to send us toner about five years ago We finally got the claim settled and they were told to not ever contact our business again Low and behold they call today and was their usual arrogant self The salesman said if I didn't tell him what he wanted to know he would tell the principal on me! I told him to go ahead and he then said well who is the principal He then preceded to call me by the employee name that was not here since five year ago Then he started making fun of my southern accent and when he saw he was not getting the information he wanted, he said can you say hey you all This is degrading and insulting and he is rude and if this was the last company on earth to buy products from we would go without
