I received a letter one month before departure informing me the two dates I had selected a year ago would not be honored I called C.Sand asked them for good dates so I wouldn't receive another letterThe lady told me she couldn't do that because the business works if promotions and if there are enough clients for a date I select then my trip would be approved I told her I was patient and flexible (waited year) as stated in their letter, and they should be able to provide some dates for guarantee travelShe rudely told me I don't have to proceed with submitting my voucher for the tripI asked for another representative , she said she was the only oneDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HOLIDAY TRAVELTHEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU NOR CARE TO promote their businessTHEY DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE OR RETAINING CUSTOMERS!

On October 24, I purchased a voucher for travel to Catalina and over the past months they have promised me dates for travel and canceled on me every timeOn May 19, I asked for a refund and was told one would be mailed to meIt is now almost weeks later and I have not received my money back as promised

Approximately year ago we attended a time share meeting where the company promised us Disneyland tickets and nights hotel stay for our timeWe were told that we would receive the tickets that day, however after the meeting, they gave us a paper to submit to their company to receive Disneyland vouchersThe next step was to send in $or $to put a deposit on the tickets along with the dates that we would like to request to go to DisneylandWe complied to all their requestsmultiple times

In May of 2016, I won a day/night trip to CatalinaImmediate issues surfaced when Holiday Travel would not honor the voucher as it was not datedI had to resolve that issue by contacting *** *** in *** the man responsible for issuing the voucherI issued my check for the required $(government imposed taxes) and resent my request with two available dates

This is the second time I deal with this company and have the same issue: For a year now I been trying to book a Catalina package witch I won and had to pay the taxes on it upfront but after many calls and emails to the company for year they are unable to get me any resolution, they don't even reply to my emails anymore, no one even tries to call me or send me any letters, they seem to just like to cash the checks and avoid their responsibilities on booking the trip, they hope us customers give up and forget about itI have spend countless hours trying to get resolution and I will not let this issue goI hope other customers can also see how bad of a company they are
