Review: Mr. [redacted], if that is his real name, has called me daily. He has harassed me by phone about ordering more of his products. I have paid for all other shipments and have done my best to avoid his phone calls. I told him when we finally paid the last invoice not to send us anything more. After over a month of avoiding his calls, I receive by fax, a Confirmation of Order dated for 6/18/15. I have not spoken to this man so how can he send me a Confirmation of Order?Desired Settlement: I want him and anyone else from this company or any affiliated companies to never contact us again. No calls, faxes, emails or snail mail. Please help

Review: [redacted] continues to contact our office harassing employees and wasting their time soliciting products wanting to sell toner ink cartridges. We continue to tell him we are not interested and to stop calling, requesting we be taken off of their call list. Asked for his supervisors name and number which was given [redacted] but when you call it always goes to voice mail. The harassment has gotten worse.Desired Settlement: They need to be reported to stop harassing potential customers and stop making unsolicited phone calls.

Review: This company has been harassing our employees by calling constantly regarding our office equipment, sending us products we never ordered or authorized, and refusing to taking back the merchandise. I am afraid they will use the same tactic to demand money from us.Desired Settlement: We want the business to STOP shipping us products we DID NOT ORDER. NEVER contact us again for anything and we will not be accepting future shipments from your locations. They will be REFUSED. Honestly, how do you sleep at night???

Review: This company sent toner to us that we never ordered. A high-pressure salesman calls and asks a lot of personal questions (are you married, how many kids do you have) and then tries to call other employees and convince them that the original person must have ordered the toner because they know all of this personal information about that person. When we tried to return the toner, they refused the delivery and told us that they would charge a 20% re-stock fee and that we were better off just paying for the toner. I have advised that we do not want the toner, the person they said ordered the toner advised that she did not order the toner, and they have no proof that we ordered it. When I asked for proof of the order, they sent a copy of a fax that is barely legible with no pricing information, order confirmation, or anything, just the toner cartridge name and model number and a request to confirm receipt of the fax. They have no written or signed purchase order, or any written proof from any employee with our company that we ever ordered any toner from this company. In addition, we already have a large supply of toner for this printer, so it does not make any sense at all that we would have ordered more. This is clearly a scam. We do not want the toners, nor do we want to be charged a re-stocking fee for toner that we never ordered in the first place.Desired Settlement: We would like for them to accept the toner with no re-stocking fee and stop contacting us. We are not willing to pay a re-stock fee for toner that we never ordered and do not need. We have already paid to ship it once.

Review: This was not an authorized purchase from Data Supply Center for printer cartridges. They sent a fax to employee stating they were ship printer cartridges. THESE Were NOT Ordered!! We also respond back to their fax stating we did not order anything from them Tried to contact the by phone several times but was not successful!! THIS WAS NOT AUTHORIZED TO PURCHASE!!Desired Settlement: Allow return of unauthorized shipment at no expense. Invoice received should be voided and no further contact made from this company.

Review: The business's sales tactics obscure the quantity of items being discussed/ordered and, after they have sent you something, they continue to send merchandise and demand payment regardless of how many times you have explained you do not want it. I have explicitly told 3 or 4 different people at this company over the past year that we do not want/need any more printer cartridges. We have fully paid for the initial cartridges that were sent and are currently trying to return a group that arrived for no reason. My current contact, [redacted], has been told - on at least two occasions - directly and in no uncertain terms that we are not interested in their business. I am currently worried that he will get in touch with someone else here in the office and use that contact as an excuse to send even more merchandise.Desired Settlement: There is currently one unwanted package that we are trying to return. We would like them to accept that return and to not contact our organization again.

Review: This company has been harassing our employees by calling constantly regarding our office equipment, sending us products we never ordered or authorized, and refusing to taking back the merchandise. I am afraid they will use the same tactic to demand money from us.Desired Settlement: We want them to accept the refunded merchandise at their cost and to never contact us again.

Review: I spoke with someone a few months ago about some toner a previous employee had allegedly showed interest in. I explained to the man I spoke with that we no longer used the printer he was referencing, and that we were not interested in purchasing from his company. Last week we received a box with four toners and an invoice via fax for over $600. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to reach this company by phone and fax for the past week. Also, when you call the phone number referenced on their invoice you reach a voice mailbox that states neither the name of the company nor the name of the individual. All of this is very suspicious. I have no intention of paying this bill, nor will I incur the shipping charges to send the product back.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to send me a shipping document to return items, and also to cease sending invoices as I did not order the items sent.

Review: The company representative was rude and very pushy. Our administrator talked to the man but no authorization to order was made. The next thing received was an invoice by fax for $992.62 when no product was authorized to ship. The product was then received and when we tried to contact them to get them to send a return authorization, contact could not be made.Desired Settlement: Allow return of unauthorized shipment at no expense. Invoice received should be voided and no further contact made.

Review: They called to inform us of an order for toner cartridges that was being sent costing well over $300, then sent a fax letting us know they would be shipping product. My staff called and told them we did not order this product and told then not to ship it. They said that they spoke to someone here which is a lie. The had the first name of one employee with the last name of another on the invoice.Desired Settlement: No contact from them EVER AGAIN!
