We are sorry that the process was not fully explained to [redacted] Receipt of payments must be fully documented so that a valid audit trail exists for the clients we serve.The Company has stringent procedures governing citation data and the audit trail we provide our clients and those procedures include requirements that CA DMV must release revenue collected for citations to the agencies that issue the citations and provide that data to us, before we can show a citation paid at CA DMV In other words, we cannot alter payment data without the proof from DMV that the revenue has been received by the Agency This proof comes from the DMV monthly payment file, electronically sent to us Unfortunately, this process was compromised in the case of Santa Clara’s DMV payment files, through no fault of our own We are sorry that MsGomez had a difficult time with this citation The citation has been put on a system hold pending receipt of the February CA DMV file which CA DMV has verified we will receive next week As soon as the Payment file is received and applied, [redacted] will be notified via phone and email and will be able to go online and print a copy of her citation, showing "Closed, Paid in Full at CA DMV" Thank you, The Citation Processing Center
Your citation was issued by Ventura Community College District on 6/1/ Photo's were taken by the citing officer showing that there was no parking permit displayed and therefore the citation was issued for NO Valid Parking Permit Displayed The Citation Processing Center sent a notice dated 6/23/telling you that the citation was issued and providing additional time for you to pay the original bail or appeal the citation but you did neither within the time allowed by CVC You went online on 7/22/and paid the citation in full It currently shows paid in full and closed There is nothing further to be done on this citation
