manager *** to resolve the issue. ***/***, had purchased direct mail marketing from our company, and they were concerned that their mailers had not gone outThey voiced concern that they were given no proof of mailing. I spoke to *** about the complaint, we talked about coming to a resolution, and he expressed that they simply desired proof of the mailingsTo resolve this issue, I have provided ***; with an additional copy of the order confirmation that they received upon placing the order - which details all of the information regarding their mailing, as well as a complete mailing scan report from the USPS - detailing the addresses being mailed in his order and the exact time and date at which the mailers were scanned by the post office.After sending this to ***, he said that this was the information they were looking for, and thanked me for assisting him Additionally, because of the situation, we also extended him an offer for a discount on a future mailing, so that we can restore their faith/trust in our companyHe was pleased by this, as well. I have reached out to *** since these last conversations, to ensure that there is nothing else that I can provide them in resolution of this issueHowever, I have yet to hear back from them.
