Customer signed up with our service on 12/05/and agreed to our Terms of Use and to be automatically renewed on his credit card card when he came up for renewalCustomer could have Turned OFF auto-renewal at any time prior to renewal or contact us and did neither so his card was charged for renewalCustomer contacted us on stating that he did not want to renew at which time we cancelled and refunded even though we were not required to do so as stated in our TOUI'm not sure why a complaint was made after the fact as we gave them what they wanted?

renewal. Customer contacted us on 03.24.2017 stating that he did not want to renew at which time we cancelled and refunded even though we were not required to do so as stated in our TOU. I'm not sure why a complaint was made after the fact as we gave them what they wanted?
