We have been working with the customer and attempting to issue a refund, however, the customer continues to dispute the amountBefore purchase the customer was made aware that there would be a $restocking fee per device, should he return them, and that the web development fee was
non-refundable, under any and all circumstancesIf requested we can provide documentation of the terms discussed with the customers signature and written authorizationAfter several conversations between our CEO and the customer, he was made aware what amount of his personal idea of a “white label” would be possibleWe gave the customer log in access once we shipped the devices to view the web platform that we created specifically for his companyWe removed all of our company logos and links, accept for our “Terms of Service” link, which we are required BY LAW to have on any platform created by usThe customer wanted a different URL, which we prior informed him was not possible, seeing as our website only has one URL, and that was something that was out of our control to changeWe did add to the URL his company name to ensure his customers that they were using his company website(I.Ewww.customercompanyname.datablaze.com)This customer was made aware of all of these issues beforehand and had been told several times the specifics of what we would be able to do for himThough he did not like the web development done for him, it still came as a cost to our company, and the web development fee, as informed beforehand, would not be available for refundThis is the first and only complaint we have ever had from a customer of this nature and though we are disheartened that this transaction did not work out, we are shocked at the level of harassment and lack of professionalism the customer has displayed to several of our employeesThe customer has been nearly impossible to work with which had caused many delays and issues with this transactionHowever, we wish the customer well and hope he is able to find the solution he is looking for

At this time are trying to work with the customer to get a verbal agreement on the refund amount offeredAs shown in the attachments that the customer provided, he was made aware at the time of purchase about the non-refundable web development fee and the re-stocking feeAs soon as the customer will agree to the refund amount offered, we will be able to send the refund check

I am rejecting this response because:   DataBlaze still has not returned my due refund of $1469.99. On 03-16-17 they agreed to return $1,125.00 from the $1,469.99 and only Rip Me Off to the sum of $344.99. Since then they have decided to keep the whole amount of $1,469.99 and I have not receiveda single cent back. Not even an apology....  I sent all the equipment back to DataBlaze and the post office confirmed they received it on 03-09-17. As of today 04-13-17that was over 35 days ago and they are still sitting on my $1,469.99. DataBlaze may feel I will just get tired and go away, butas time goes on and they will not refund what is justly due back to me I will only become more vocal.    ATTENTION WORLD !!!  DATABLAZE GPS RIPPED ME OFF !!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !

I am rejecting this response because: Is anyone reading this? DataBlaze's last response sounds like a combination of Blackmail and extortion...They just said they will hang on to my money $1,469.99 unless I let them rip me off for a portion of thatin the amount of $350. DataBlaze must have learned how to to business from the back of a cereal box... Themore they try and rationalize ripping me off, the more absurd they sound. They never fullfilled their end of the agreement by completing a White Label platform (DataBlaze insisted their name has to be on the White Labeled platform and did not remove). ATTENTION DATABLAZE GPS >> Wikipedia's Definition of "White Label": A white label product is a product or service produced by one company (the producer) that other companies (the marketers) rebrand to make it appear as if they had made it.  Then they shipped the equipment they agreed not to ship until the platform was complete. So far they are stating they will charge a $150 Restocking Fee (for items that should not have been shipped in the first place) and $200 for a GPS White Labeled platform (that was not White Labeled). I shipped the equipment back to DataBlaze on 03-09-17 and they still have not issued me a refund. Now they are asking for a verbal agreement... Here is my verbal agreemnet, " I agree DataBlaze is crooked and trying to rip me off. DataBlaze has received theirequipment back over two months ago and still has not refunded back my $1,469.99 . ATTENTION everyonereading this... Do Not Trust DataBlaze With Your Money!!! "
