Review: I worked for [redacted] back in December of 2013 for about a week. I was supposed to receive a pay check 2 weeks after the job was completed, it is now 2/**/2014. There were 3 of us doing the job, the other 2 did not receive their checks on time either, finally after a month the 2 other worked received their checks and a 3rd gentleman that was owe'd money also received a check from him for a job completed prior. I have been waiting for a pay check for the last 2 months approaching three months quickly, there is no more work through this company and this is greatly affecting my life. I have children that I need to purchase things for, bills that need to be paid. I believe that I should be given what was owed to me and something should be done about this. Multiple people have informed me that this is not something new. Apparently this is a frequent occurrence. When we have tried to contact [redacted] in regards to my check he claims to either be out of money or does not answer the phone at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my check to be sent to me immediately via western union or direct deposit. I am done waiting. People should not be allowed to get away with this.
