Very prompt and very courteous. Had a sprinkler head gushing water. Noticed it on my water bill. Called several companies who either told me - after a 3 day wait - that they did not work on sprinklers or that they couldn't come out for several days.
The person that I spoke with at Daniel's had someone out within one hour of my call. Diagnosed and fixed in record time at a lot less $$ than I thought it would be. Very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.
I had used Daniels Company for a long time and was always pleased with their workmanship, customer service and pricing. Since I purchased my home two and a half years ago, I have had a new pump, well and valves installed.
I was horrified, disappointed and deeply troubled to arrive home this past week to discover Danny and a crew modifying my perfectly functioning pump at the demand of a neighbor. She claimed the pump (as well as hers) caused vibrations in her inner ear. Danny admitted that she complained to them incessantly and they finally gave in and went behind my back to try to quiet her complaints. Sherry claimed she thought I had called in, but she admitted she was "mistaken".
This is a complete breach of trust and respect for me as a client and homeowner. It does constitute trespass and vandalism, I declined to file a report this time, but will not hesitate if anything further happens. I have given Daniels Company written notice that they are banned from my property.
