Review: I placed an order for 4 screens April 20, 2016, received confirmation of my order, and my credit card was charged immediately. The website clearly states a 2-3 week shipping delay so 2.5 weeks after I placed my order and still had not received a shipping confirmation, I contacted Patrick via email to inquire on the status. I was told Friday, May 6, 2016 that my order was to be shipped Tuesday, May 10th. On Friday, May 13th I checked on my confirmation status which still listed "awaiting fullfillment" and again, emailed Patrick inquiring on the status. When I didn't hear from him I called Monday, May 16th and was informed my order would be shipped Tuesday, May 17th. Again, I never received shipping confirmation, checked the status, and emailed again Friday, May 20th stating that if they can't fulfill my order I request my order be cancelled and card be refunded immediately. The response I received Tuesday, May 24th apologized for the delayed shipment and that the shortage on the part number would be sent out "anyday". Because I'd already been told differing shipment dates that turned out to be untrue I asked for the order to be cancelled and my card be refunded. Patrick then responded stating "I actually think your filters shipped yesterday" but if they had not, he would credit my card. By Friday, May 27th, when I did not receive a tracking number from him, I again asked for my card to be credited. I received no response. On Friday, June 10, I still had not received a credit I emailed again. He responded same day that he would check on the refund status. I again contacted Friday, June 24th on the status of the refund. Patrick responded he would send a confirmation Monday, June 27th. I again emailed Wednesday, June 29th requesting the refund be processed ASAP. It is July 1, 2016 and I am still waiting for a confirmation, refund, and a response.Desired Settlement: As you can see, I have contacted several times regarding my complaint. I am tired of dealing with this company and their representative. I have emails to document my issue and request immediate assistance.

Review: Ordered a 24" Privacy Screen for a wide screen monitor (8/24/15). Was sent a 24.0" Vision Armor Widescreen Frameless Privacy Filter 16:10 Aspect Ratio but it was the wrong size. Sent it back via UPS and have yet to get another one or a refund for the first one. On Tuesday, September 1st, I sent Patrick an email saying I had sent it back. He sent an email back saying he had received it and would be sending the one I needed, a 24.0" 16:9 Aspect Ratio Screen and it would take 3 - 5 days. Nothing ever came.Sent him a fax on October 15th, month and a half later, stating I would like to either receive a refund or the correct screen. Never heard from him. Called Patrick on October 22nd, a week later, and he said he sent one out but could not locate the tracking number and would send out another one. Today is the 27th of October and nothing yet. I emailed him today and said to just send us a refund. We are a private, non-profit [redacted] agency that helps people with intellectual disabilities and I feel like we have been scammed. Would really appreciate some help regarding this matter.Thank you.Desired Settlement: I am really tired of dealing with this person and would just like to have a refund of $81.89 put back on our credit card.

Review: This is a technology company.I learned about them through a search engine trying to find a specific item.So far their service has been awful. I've been lied to on multiple occasions. I can't get any sort of response back. Their solution to everything so far has been "I'll find out and call you back or email." Then I never get a response back.Each time I talked to them to try to find where my order was they told me it had shipped and should arrive any day. Two weeks later I still hadn't received anything and it comes to turn out it never had shipped. I'm not even sure if this company is legitimate.Desired Settlement: No Settlement is required. I just want to warn others of what you could be getting into.
