I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I still will say she was very short and snippy with me. Being hung up on is one of the things that really bothers me. If it is a matter of legality by not letting someone know with whom they are speaking, other companies should be practicing this as well. The company's rating on Whitepages.com was as of yesterday a medium risk for scams. I have attached a screenshot of what I saw. They are also noted on a few more websites. I researched this company before contacting Revdex.com. So it seems that I am not the only consumer to feel this way about this company. There is no need for me to say anything further. Thank you for listening.

I have reviewed both phone calls involved with this complaint.  The first rep did end the call abruptly after saying there's no need to go further and her manager will address this situation.  She did not get upset with the consumer, but she did end the call as that is how our...

reps are instructed to handle someone who will not verify who they are.  We deal with personal consumer information due to the nature of our business and we legally cannot discuss any details until we have verified we are speaking to the correct person.  Both reps did explain this to the consumer after she refused to verify who she was.  We understand that in todays world, that may be concerning yet we must verify we are speaking to the corrector consumer before proceeding with our calls to avoid the risk .  This account has been flagged as a DO NOT CALL account and the consumer will not be contacted by our reps in the future.
