To Whom it May Concern,
[redacted] purchased three separate copies of our [redacted]...

[redacted] product on April 12th & 13th 2014 using three different email addresses and three different payment methods ( [redacted]).   Since a person would only need one copy of the software that seemed quite odd, but we proceeded to refund the purchase amount of $9.99 for each of the orders at that time (for a total of $29.97).   
We received an email from [redacted] on July 11, 2014 stating that he had purchased our [redacted] software product again, but could not get it working.   He asked for either a refund or help getting it working.   Our employee [redacted] replied to [redacted] at email address [redacted] on July 15, 2014 asking him to clarify what issue he was having
since all he stated in his email was that the product wasn’t working.   We did not hear back from [redacted] prior to receiving this complaint from Revdex.com.  It appears he uses several different email addresses so it seems possible he missed our reply.
We would be happy to refund [redacted] if that is what he wishes, but we would hope he refrains from placing further orders of our product since it doesn't seem like a good fit.   If you have any further questions please let me know.

I apologize for the confusion of syncing your Documents To Go application with your PC.  There are a few things that I will need to better understand what might be happening here.  If you could please provide me with the following information, it...

would be a step in the right direction of getting this sorted out:
 
1.  What operating systems are both your phone as well as your [redacted] running?
2.  What brand/model is your router?  Does it support multi-casting?
3.  Are your phone and [redacted] on the same network and subnet?
4.  Could you please confirm that you are running the latest version of Documents To Go on both the [redacted] as well as the [redacted]?

Review: I purchased the Documents to Go app for my [redacted], but was not able to get the companion desktop application to pair with my [redacted]. I tried all of the instructions on the Dataviz website, but none of them worked. I confirmed that my desktop OS is compatible. I sent an email request for help to Dataviz, and [redacted] emailed me three times with basically the same instructions, and I told her they didn't work. I then asked her to please escalate the problem to a more senior person, and she never replied. I started over with another email request for help, and no one ever answered.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the desktop and [redacted] paired so that I could use the application. I would like someone more experienced than [redacted] to please email me and help me get the software to work.

Review: I have been waiting many business days for a response or resolution. I have been a loyal customer of Data Viz since they began Docs to go for [redacted]. I have purchased copies for various PDA's, my Motorola Q9c, my Blackberry curve 8330 and my iPad. Now I have purchased the version for the Android phone and I have been very disappointed. In the past I have found the program to be great. Now it is horrific. I have a difficult time editing, imputing data, and creating Excel Files. I have difficulty selecting text I have difficulty inputting info into more than one cell at a time.I have a difficult time creating charts, ( can't even find where many of my excel files DO NOT even open. I get length =2; index=2.The zoom is so tiny I can hardly read my documentsI have tried to email support MANY times... I only get automated responses.

Review: Purchase one of their products "[redacted] - Version 3.0" for $9.99. It was delivered electronically. I attempted to install and run the software with no success. With "great hesitation", as they have a "reputation of bad technical support responses," I had to contact their Technical Support via email, they have no phone number to call. I explained the issue I was having and waited for a reply, which never came. I sent another request which had the same result. I finally sent an email to their customer service area via email, also no phone # to call and requested a refund. I waited and received no reply. I sent another request stating that I was going to file a complaint to the Revdex.com. That received no response either, as usual.Desired Settlement: Credit my card for the purchase amount.
