Dear [redacted] : I represent the Marriage Agency “Only You” and its director, Laura G [redacted] Kindly allow this letter to serve as the response to the complaint filed by [redacted] in the above referenced matter By way of introduction, Club Only You is geared towards helping members of the Russian-speaking community of New York and New Jersey improve the quality of their social lives in the United StatesMrsG [redacted] has a program on the well-known radio station “ [redacted] with which Only You is affiliatedAs a member of the Russian speaking community, MrsG [redacted] is a fairly public person, and values the corporate reputation of the marriage agency, which has been successfully fulfilling its mission since May of Club Only You has been open and operating during the last twelve (12) years, days a week, from 12:p.mto 5:p.m., and each client has is provided with the address, phone number and email address of MrsG [redacted] and her husband and partner Roman G [redacted] , making them accessible to all clients in the office or on the phoneUnlike most online dating services or websites, Only You’s services are provided on an individual basis and each person in the database has passed a personal interview in Only You’s officeWith respect to the complaint filed by [redacted] my clients explain that [redacted] signed up with the Only You on July **, After a long interview, MrsG [redacted] checked with [redacted] ? and offered her suitable candidates of men who turned to the agency previously, and showed [redacted] pictures and gave her information about each candidate which was provided at the individual interviews of said candidatesMy clients further explain that [redacted] selected ten candidates, and then was provided with the option of deciding whether or not to proceedOnly You’s service program contract remains in effect up to and expires at the time of the wedding resulting from a match made by Only You, which means that there is no limit to the number of dates, and an unlimited time for fulfillment of the contractAt no time was [redacted] promised that she would marry within three to four months, and it was solely her decision to sign the contract under the above mentioned terms Initially, and after meeting the first five candidates who had also signed up for Only You’s services, [redacted] a concluded that these candidates are not serious due to the fact that they were not attracted to her physically (and represented that she had behaved in an arrogant manner) [redacted] a also declined to meet the next five candidates thinking that they are not too seriousAfter her second interview at Only You’s office, on September **, a new list of candidates of the next seven candidates was drawn up, and from this list [redacted] a met a candidate who expressed interest in continuing a relationship, but [redacted] was not interestedMy clients additionally explain that subsequent thereto, they reached out to [redacted] mother, who began to threaten my clients and accused them of failing to provide serious candidates [redacted] mother also threatened that if the fee of $paid under the contract was not returned, that my clients would “ [redacted] ”My clients then reached out to [redacted] a, who made similar threats, and who behaved in an unprofessional and insulting mannerIn closing, Only You is a solid and serious agency, and has helped many people to create a familyIf necessary, we can provide a list of phone numbers of couples that were successfully married as a result of the serviceClub Only You stands by its contract which will remain in effect to the time of marriage and agrees to continue to provide services for [redacted] after she apologizes and allows for [redacted] to have the opportunity to help her further her ambitionsWe note that pursuant to the contract, Only You has every right to cease performance without refund as a result of the client’s impolite behavior, and has not yet elected to do soA copy of the contract between the agency Club "Only You" and [redacted] is attached Feel free to contact me by email with any further questions and we thank you for your courtesy and consideration

Yes, I did go out with a few candidates from my first list, but not one mentioned anyone being "arrogant" as the business so falsely claims, in fact many called me back, but I kindly and respectfully declinedWhen iI informed the business of my decision, Laura claimed that she didn'tknow anything about the dates because she didn't speak to any of my datesI would presume that a marriage/ddating agenvy wpuld keep abreast of the scheduled dates and candidates in their system, especially when a client paid for the promised " [redacted] " like I was told I was receivingThis business is a scam, they take your money, do not follow up with you and when you call, after leaving several voicemails, they have a rushed conversation with you to avoid doing any more work, since they already received their moneyIn addition, I was promised by the business that the candidates were properly vetted and I would not habe to worry about my safetyI learned that many of the candidates never actually met Laura or Roman, but their parents didIn other words, the business did not know who it was setting me up on dates with because they spoke to third parties and not the actual candidateIn addition, nobody threatened this business as it falsely claimsI have every right to take legal action for the poor serviceMisrepresention and information provided by this business as it is my right as a consumer in this country In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Unlike most online dating services or websites, Only You’s services are provided on an individual basis and each person in the database has passed a personal interview in Only You’s office.
