I signed for the service but I did not receive the package along with it...
It says that it includes chat credits or email credits and it did not show that my messages have been delivered and received by the receipient.
No clear confirmation given by the DMM solutions of the coverage of the subscirptions.
My profile did not even indicate that I do have credits.
I want to refund my payment made.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is NOT satisfactory to me and the matter has NOT been resolved.

Even this reply they sent showed inefficiency indicating a wrong email address. That is NOT the email address that I used. Plesse refer to screenshots that I attached.

My email ***

My card number and GPA are all attached here. Your reply was so unprofessional and appeared really not written well to intentionally resolve this.

Dear ***,

Thank you for getting back to us. I am sincerely sorry, it looks like due to a glitch, you received an email that was meant for someone else. Once again, I am sincerely sorry for any confusion we might have caused with this situation.

I understand the issue that you are raising is that you'd like to receive a refund for the payment you've made. I can see that you have been communicating with our support agents in the meanwhile and that they've confirmed on the *** of July that the refund has been issued. We have not heard anything back from you since that time. Have you not received this refund? If that's the case, please let us know and we'll ask our payments team to track this for you.

Kind regards,Victoria

Sincerely

They will not delete my account, and there is no way for me to do it myself. Also, I did not sign up to use their sister apps. I signed up for one by mistake and the company created profiles on their sister apps, even though I never asked them to.

Their dating site AmoLatina is a prostitution site. You pay to chat with girls. But when you try to meet them or exchange information they give excuses and lie about stuff. For example one girl who agreed to take vacation with me, at last second said she was in China to postpone it. Later she admitted she never went their. If you exchange emails -- which is very expensive - most will not write. Yet they continue ask for you to pay to talk to them on line.

The site deleted the proof I had about her lying about going to China. It goes back to the place where we are fighting but they deleted the proof.

Girls are allowed to lie to you. They will say they love you and want to meet you but when every you attempt to meet they sabotage it.

Dear ***!

Thank you for using our services. We checked all the information you share in our complainant, but we didn't find any violation of our terms in this case.

First of all, it is the private decision of each member whether to reply any other member on our website or outside of our website.

It is not a violation that member told she was somewhere and later did not confirmed it. May be she has any reasons, why she refused to talk about it. That's her own decision.

It is also a private decision of each member to agree to meet with someone from the site or not. Even you fill in the background form to exchange with the lady personal contact information (this is regulated by IMBRA), we can't guarantee, she will continue communication outside of the site. That's her own will.

As previously explained we are unable to delete any records this is not something that we do for such purposes, this is to protect not only our members but the website as well. We have no reason to deceive you in any way, this would not be beneficial to us as a business as we wish our customers to have a successful time when using our services. This matter has been checked and no violation found, whilst we understand that you are not happy with this result we can only offer our apologies to you.

Best regards,

Alexander

[Your Answer Here]

First off the girl wants to chat with me, but I no longer trust her as she lied to me many times. Every time I tried to schedule a meet with her she said she was in China, she never went to China as she admitted later. What is the purpose of her lying about wanting to meet me. If she did want to meet me she just should of said so.Also the records of are communication has been deleted from her account. We started talking in 2015. 2015-2018 records have been deleted. The flowers were sent along with my personal email in order to arrange a vacation together, I never would of sent it if she was not interested in meeting in person. The email she sent me was some alias in ChinaHere is sample of her saying she wanted to meet in person.***

says you will be billed in your own countries dollar. I'm canadian but I was charged in US funds. You purchase credits to talk to potential dates that are interested in you via chat or email. The credits say they will charge you 1 credit per min when both parties are online or 1 credit per chat given if the other person is offline. This did not happen and my credits were taken right away! Then you are charged an automatic billing subscription for $9.99 US/monthly when it advertises free account? There was no area to unsubcribe here? It just automatically does this. The third and final kicker was when I found out the potential dates I was talking to were fake accounts! One guy even just copied and pasted out of a book that was numbered in sentences?! When I asked to talk off of a paid account they either ignored what I said or they said their email account wasn't working. Complete scam dating service!

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by DMM Solutions Inc. regarding complaint IDSincerely

This business runs a number of dating websites to including the primary dating.com along with anastasiadate and amolatina (so I'm told). Their dating.com site is a total scam. They steal photos of public figures such as models from foreign countries and make fake profiles which are operated by their employees or fembots. They have a refund policy that states if we can prove that a profile is fake or is asking for money then the site will refund us what we paid to communicate with those fake profiles. I did just that, proved to them unequivocally that there were 23 fake profiles among the 23 I communicated with. After several months of sending then loads of information they tried to convince me that the profiles were real as the people running them. But finally I had give them so much evidence that they had no choice but to agree. Then they offered me credits to use on their site to continue communicating with their fake profiles. This is not a refund. A refund is the return of the $2,045 they stole from me. They are simply sophisticated thieves. I told them they owe my the full original amount plus interest and legal fees. Note that I have already filed a complaint with the FBI's Internet Crimes Division (IC3).

At this time, I have been contacted directly by DMM Solutions Inc. regarding complaint ID, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They want me to sign a settlement agreement accepting less money and absolving them from all liability past, present and future. Also, the document forces me to agree not to contact or cooperate with any law enforcement or the Revdex.com. Essentially, I have to agree not to do that which I have already done. They also have a stipulation that if they don't pay me within ten (10) days then they are not required to do so after that. It's a completely worthless document to me if I sign it I don't get the refund. I have to hire a lawyer to craft a better settlement agreement and so far they all have wanted a retainer fee which is greater than the money DMM Solutions owes me. So they're trying to get out of paying me back by getting me to sign their "fraudulent" (for lack of a better term), settlement document. I have attached the document to this letter. Please advise.
