First of all [redacted] hands me a business card stating master handymanIf he is this I never checked nor know what it meansBut he never pulled a permit for any of the work he already didIf any body knows construction you know you need to do this! The price I gave him was to rough in the electrical before insulation and drywall goes inThis he also should have knownBut he drywalled before I got thereI told him it would be extra and he agreedHe then told me about furnace room and bath room (which again he had no permits) The outlets I installed were for a living and bedroom area and not for construction tools and heavy duty lightsIf he wishes to pursue this then I will get the city involved and have a written contract Thank You [redacted]
